This used to be my favorite Sudoku game. It stll is, however, in this latest version, I have not been able to find a color combination that I like nearly as much as the original. The weak colors at the bottom of the board make it less obvious which numbers are finished, so that affects game play. Give me a "classic" version and I'll go back to a full five star review. This game is still highly recommended.

A good app, with a problem: if you have some numbers pencilled in, and you decide to try a possibility just to see if it pans out, if you want to go back and erase the number, the pencilled numbers will also be erased. Trying out a possible number is a key tactic, and if you lose the pencilled numbers, then you cannot apply it. With this design error, the app cannot be used.

update! advertisements won't stay muted, dropped another star. Have to wait for pop ups to finish animation before you can close them. Last time I tried to close one it went straight to app store so I decided to uninstall. I don't mind pop ups on free games but this is too much. Used to like playing this but the pop ups have gotten too aggressive.
